RETURN & EXCHANGE

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
  • We do not accept items that are returned to us without first discussing them with us.
  • Please use a local postal courier for returns rather than DHL or any other courier that may be subject to customs charges.
  • Returns of unused or unsuitable products will incur a shipping fee. We will reimburse the freight charges if you want to return any damaged, faulty, or incorrect items you received.

Issues and damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us as soon as possible if an item is broken, or damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item so that we can assess the situation and correct it.

RETURN/REFUND PROCESS
  1. Please contact us first by email at service@unlockvigor.com, and we will react as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation in the email. We’ll begin by determining if the goods you received meet the conditions for return or exchange.
  2. Return/exchange damaged or faulty item(s): You must provide a photo or video of the damaged or faulty products, as well as a description of the problem(s) with your item. If you are unable to provide an image, please let us know and we will gladly assist you.
  3. If you are eligible to return an item and need to do so, we will supply you with a return address as well as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you should clearly write on the label or the exterior of the box. We will not be able to process your request until the RMA number is clearly visible on your package and you have emailed us at service@unlockvigor.com with a tracking number.
  4. Please return your items within 7 working days after receiving the return address. Items are no longer available for exchange or refund after 7 days.
  5. Once your request arrives at our facility, it will take 1-3 days for us to handle it. During this period, our warehouse staff will check and account for everything you’ve supplied us. As soon as we obtain confirmation from our warehouse, we will contact you via email to confirm receipt of your return and finish the transaction. You should get your compensation within 7-15 days. If you have not received it, please contact your bank first; if there is a problem, please contact us through email.
